OUR HISTORY
QUALITY EDUCATION FOR YOUR CHILD
Kingsland Primary School is a thriving one and a half form entry school in the Kingstanding area of Birmingham. The school has 348 children in classes from Nursery to Year 6. We look forward to welcoming you and your children to our School Community.
Kingsland Primary School has recently undergone a total rebuild as part of the second phase of the Birmingham Schools PFI Project known as the PPP2 programme.
The project has cost £6.5 million, and the school now houses all 348 pupils, 13 teachers and 30 support staff in a 21st century state-of-the-art facility with new outdoor landscaping.

Kingsland Primary School has been recognised nationally by receiving a prestigious award for their outstanding results last year. The award is based on 2019 data provided by the Department for Education (DfE) and Ofsted, and for the school’s commitment to collaboration, analysed by the Schools, Students and Teachers network (SSAT).

Our state-of-the-art school rebuild has enabled to further improve the standard of learning for all of our students. With a brand new IT suite and complete building redesign, our new site offers pupils a multitude of advanced learning techniques to ensure that their standard of learning is as high as it can possibly be.
For many years, Kingsland Primary School has been developing a fully resourced, intelligently sequenced, knowledge-rich curriculum, informed by the best research evidence available.
Here at Kingsland Primary School, we pride ourselves on ensuring a positive learning environment for all of our children. We believe that, collectively, a positive learning environment empowers all of our children to be inquisitive and challenge themselves with their learning.
At Kingsland Primary School we have a variety of clubs which operate throughout the year. The clubs are educational, creative or sports based and run across both key stages.
